These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DenverEdu website located at denveredu.com and participation in any DenverEdu courses, programs, or services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using denveredu.com, submitting any form, or participating in any DenverEdu program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

DenverEdu provides technology education courses and programs based in Downtown Denver, Colorado. Our Services include:

  • In-person and/or hybrid tech education courses (AI, Data Science, Programming, Robotics, Big Data, AI Leadership)
  • Course materials, syllabi, and digital resources
  • DenverEdu completion certificates
  • Access to our online course catalog and informational website
  • Instructor application processing

3. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment in DenverEdu programs is subject to availability and completion of the registration process. By submitting the sign-up form on our website:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You consent to receive program-related communications from DenverEdu
  • You understand that completing the form does not guarantee immediate enrollment
  • A DenverEdu representative will follow up to confirm your enrollment and provide program details

4. Program Fees and Payment

DenverEdu programs are offered at various price points. Specific program fees will be communicated to you directly upon enrollment confirmation. By enrolling and paying for a program:

  • Payment is due as specified in your enrollment agreement
  • Fees are non-refundable after the program start date, unless DenverEdu cancels the program
  • If you withdraw before the program start date, please contact us at hello@denveredu.com to discuss your options
  • DenverEdu reserves the right to modify program fees with reasonable notice

5. Certificates and Credentials

Students who successfully complete a DenverEdu program and meet all course requirements will receive a DenverEdu completion certificate. This certificate is issued by DenverEdu and represents successful completion of our curriculum. It is not a governmental or accredited academic degree.

6. Code of Conduct

All students and participants in DenverEdu programs agree to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
  • Submit original work — plagiarism or academic dishonesty may result in dismissal without refund
  • Follow all safety guidelines at DenverEdu facilities

DenverEdu reserves the right to dismiss any participant who violates this Code of Conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on denveredu.com — including but not limited to text, course materials, images, logos, curriculum, and design — is the property of DenverEdu and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
  • Course materials provided to enrolled students are for personal educational use only
  • Student project work remains the intellectual property of the respective student

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DenverEdu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. DenverEdu does not guarantee specific employment outcomes or career results from completing our programs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DenverEdu does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on our site.
